1. Age and eligibility

You must be 18 years old or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. Do not create an account for someone else without authorization. We may request age or identity verification where lawful and necessary, including for host payouts.

2. Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, or impersonate accounts, or evade account restrictions.

3. Community standards and banned content

You must not use GC Live to post, stream, request, promote, or distribute:

• Sexual exploitation, nudity or sexually explicit material, particularly any content involving minors;
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, or non-consensual exposure of private information;
• Violence, credible threats, dangerous or illegal activity, or instructions facilitating harm;
• Scams, fraud, spam, gambling or prohibited commercial promotions;
• Copyright-infringing content or content that violates privacy or other rights;
• Impersonation, malicious code, platform manipulation, or attempts to bypass our safeguards.

You must follow applicable laws and respect others. We may remove content, limit features, suspend livestreaming, or ban users who violate these rules. Report concerns through available in-app tools or support@gclive.xyz.

4. Streams, content, and permissions

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to third-party rights. By posting or streaming content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, reproduce, and process it as needed to provide, secure, moderate, and promote the Service, subject to applicable law and your privacy settings. You confirm you have rights and permissions for content you share. Do not stream others without required permission.

5. Virtual coins, gifts, and purchases

GC Live may offer virtual coins or gifts for purchase or use in the Service. They are a limited, revocable license to use digital features—not deposits, property, currency, or stored monetary value. Coins and gifts have no cash value outside GC Live and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real-world money by ordinary users. They are not an investment, cannot be traded off-platform, and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law. Purchases are subject to displayed prices, the payment provider’s terms, and applicable refund or consumer-protection law. Nothing here overrides your non-waivable statutory rights. Do not make unauthorized payments or chargebacks.

6. Host earnings and agencies

Eligible hosts may earn compensation based on qualifying gift activity or other program criteria, only if enrolled in and compliant with a separate written host earnings program. The eligibility rules, conversion formulas, platform or agency fees, verification requirements, minimum payout thresholds, payment schedule, taxes, reversals, and dispute procedure must be stated in [HOST POLICY URL OR DOCUMENT] or in an applicable signed agreement. Gifts themselves do not guarantee any payout; suspicious, refunded, fraudulent, or prohibited transactions may be excluded. Internet and mobile data charges may apply. We may adjust features, prices, or availability, with notice where required. Users and hosts are responsible for their own taxes as applicable, except taxes we are legally required to collect or withhold.

8. Safety, moderation, and termination

We may monitor and review reports, investigate violations, remove content, limit access, suspend or terminate accounts, or report unlawful conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or legal interests. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion by contacting support@gclive.xyz. Any remaining purchased virtual items are handled under applicable law and published refund rules; host payout obligations are governed by applicable agreements and law.

9. Third-party services

Some functionality depends on third parties, including Google/Firebase, payment processors, and streaming or hosting providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply independently. We do not control third-party services.

10. Disclaimers and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, continuous earnings, a particular audience, or specific results. We are not responsible for user-generated opinions or conduct, but may moderate under these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes and governing law
